We’ve got a plan, not a stopwatch. Count on a driver briefing, trail time, and campfire hangs—plus the occasional tweak if the mountains demand it. If a time is marked “sharp”, we’ll do our best to be sharp—please be ready a few minutes early. We’ll steer the day and keep you posted.

please note, no food or drink is provided. The campsite has potable water and we all contribute to the Potluck. please feel free to share snacks or drinks as you see fit

4:00 PM – Registration opens
• Check in your van at the raffle tables

🥤 5:00 PM – Snacks & social
• Eat snacks, have drinks, make your dinner
• Get to know the camp and other attendees
• Or just chill around camp

🔥 8:00 PM – Campfire & chat

🌙 10:00 PM – Campground quiet time

🚐 Saturday

☕ 8:00 AM – you should eat Breakfast & drink coffee

📣 9:30 AM (sharp!) – Drivers’ meeting with DeLaSyncro • Please have your van ready before you arrive

🧭 10:00 AM – adventure drive • Pack a simple lunch (no time for cooking)

🥗 5:30 PM – Chill & prep for potluck

🍲 6:30 PM (sharp!) – Potluck dinner

🎟️ 8:00 PM – The Great Canadian DeLaSyncro Raffle

🔥 9:00 PM – Campfire & chat

🌙 10:00 PM – Campground quiet time

• Morning fire; chat with new and old friends
• Make a plan to explore this afternoon or another time soon

🧹 By 11:00 AM – Pack up; leave the campsite clean & vacated
