We’ve got a plan, not a stopwatch. Count on driver briefings, trail time, and campfire hangs—plus the occasional tweak if the mountains demand it. If a time is marked “sharp”, we’ll do our best to be sharp—please be ready a few minutes early. We’ll steer the day and keep you posted.

• Check in your van at the raffle tables

🥤 5:00 PM – Snacks & social
• Eat snacks, have drinks, make your dinner
• Get to know the camp and other attendees
• Or just chill around camp

🌙 10:00 PM – Campground quiet time

🚐 Saturday

☕ 8:00 AM – Breakfast & coffee

📣 9:15 AM (sharp!) – Drivers’ meeting with DeLaSyncro & Tirion Safety • Please have your van ready before you arrive

🧭 10:00 AM – Hands-on off-road recovery & adventure drive • Pack a simple lunch (no time for cooking)

🥗 5:30 PM – Chill & prep for potluck

• A–I → Proteins, sides, or vegetables
• J–S → Desserts
• T–Z → Salads, appetizers, and bread

🍲 6:30 PM (sharp!) – Potluck dinner
